HOW TO LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Choose “Patient Sign-Up” for new users. If you already have an account, go to the “Patient Portal” tab at the top of the page.

The “Patient Sign-Up” and “Patient Portal” will take you to your HIPAA compliant Healthie login page.

New users, choose your username and password.

Current users, use your current username and password.

ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED IN

New Users will begin the patient intake process. Please fill out all patient care consents and documents. Please enter your payment information.

Current Users may update their preferred payment method. Please have only one payment method as your preferred method of payment.

CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

Once you have completed the documents, payment information and chosen your package, you may schedule your telehealth appointment.

Select packages are “In-clinic” only packages. They will require you to come to our location for the product. Please do not choose “In-clinic” only packages.
