Prescription Bridge

The Prescription Bridge service is a one time bridge in care service for patients who may be between health care providers, insurance coverage, or any other circumstance that need a refill on non-controlled medications for chronic conditions. We will provide a one time 90 day prescription of your generic hypertensive, diabetic, cholesterol, thyroid, asthma/COPD, acid reflux, or depression medication. We believe the bridge prescriptions will maintain medical compliance, control chronic conditions, and reduce hospital/emergency room visits due to lack of medication. We do not perform prior authorizations for medications. We will confirm your medications with your pharmacy prior to prescribing.
